Privacy Policy

For each order we store your email address, the destination wallet address, the quantity and amount, the payment reference from our payment partner, and the resulting blockchain transaction hashes. We use this only to deliver your relic, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting obligations.

Blockchain records are public and permanent. We never write names, emails, or any other personal information into the smart contract or token metadata. Personal data stays in our backend database with restricted, role-based access.

Card payments are handled by Wert.io, which acts as an independent controller for identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks and card processing. We never see or store your full card number. Their privacy notice applies to that processing.

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and anti-fraud law, typically seven years. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with our payment partner, our hosting and database providers, and authorities where legally required.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention duties) by writing to privacy@rookerynft.art. Note that blockchain transactions themselves cannot be deleted or altered by anyone.
